Classes
One of our students with her skeleton
Come join the journey. Class is every Tuesday after work at our Riccarton workshop. There will be five of us, lots of timber, lots of tools, music on and the boards getting a little closer every week. You don't need any woodworking experience — most people turn up with none and leave having built a surfboard.
Every board is customised. You decide on a nose and tail shape along with the fins, and we'll pick out the perfect timber to make it pop. If you want something fully custom, say a big log or a little retro fish, let us know and we can make it happen.
Everything's included: tuition, timber, glue, glassing materials, and the use of every tool in the workshop. You bring the beers.

Ask about a spot
Places open as benches free up, so there's no booking calendar. Leave your details and I'll be in touch personally.
You're on the waitlist.
Thanks — I'll email you when the next bench frees up, and we can talk through what you'd like to build.
